Founder and Chief Executive Officer
NatHAN Hall
Nathan is the Founder, Owner, and Chief Executive Officer of H&H Development. Fueled by his passion for the natural environment, his vision is to bring environmental responsibility and business profitability together. With 25 years of in-the-field experience he continues to develop new ideas and protocol while serving the everyday needs of his clients. Nate believes that communication and transparency are the foundation of any successful business as well as the winning formula for building a reliable and loyal team.
Vice President of Operations
Brad Dunlap
Brad is the Vice President of Operations for H&H Development. His exceptional ability to communicate with clients, work crews, suppliers, and partners provides for seamless and efficiently completed projects. Brad draws on 19 years of managerial experience to provide leadership and inspiration for his crews, keeping them safe and productive. Brad shares a contagious passion for the environment that he combines with his realistic approach to getting things done.
Director of Human Resources and Comptroller
Shawn BAILEY
Shawn serves H&H Development as Director of Human Resources and Comptroller. The skills he brings are foundational for a successful company. Making sure staff are supported and finances are balanced requires the touch of an organized individual with a systematic approach. With broad experience in the computer industry Shawn is skilled in IT and comfortable with troubleshooting, a basic requirement to function in business. Having helped the company grow since its inception, he understands the need to be flexible while never forgetting the details.

JULIANNA SPICER
Julianna’s goal as Director of Marketing and Communications is to showcase the strengths and achievements of H&H Development. She understands how to elevate market presence and engage new and existing clients. Her tenure began as an administrative assistant, yet after revealing her organizational talents and technical skills her role evolved to what it is today. Julianna has witnessed the growth of the company, positioning her to promote the environmental innovations so unique to H&H Development.
Superintendent of Projects
GAVIN HALL
Gavin is the Superintendent of projects for H&H Development. It is no coincidence that he shares the same last name with the founder of H&H Development. Gavin grew up steeped in the culture and learning the skills that are key to his role in the successful and innovative company H&H is today. He is an integral part of research and development, testing and improving prototypes, and delivering services to clients. His problem solving and strategic thinking skills make him a respected leader while achieving the high standards set for H&H Development projects.
